My response to VisiUltra's reply

Dear Haiden, As you suggested, I put the tracking number to the link to the tracker. I have received the following reply: We could not locate the shipment details for this tracking number. Details are only available for shipments made within the last 120 days. Please check your information. What am I to do about it? Best wishes Julius Tomin

My records show that your order shipped on 01/14. This order should arrive in 5-7 (10-12 if international) business days from then. We use a 2 stage shipping process so it will initially ship through (UPS/FedEx) for speed, and will be delivered to you by USPS for accuracy. The same tracking number will work with (UPS/FedEx) until handed off to USPS. Once the package is handed off for final delivery, the same tracking number will work with USPS.
